Hi everyone, I just recently encountered this problem. When I close out of MP, I get an error that says something like "MP has received an unexpected error" It really doesn't do anything to affect MP, but it scares the crap out of me when the windows error sound pops up because of that message. Does anyone else have this kind of problem?

Thanks,
Nick

I also have seen this a few times recently. I couldn't track down the source, yet. Will continue monitoring this.

I think it comes because MP is trying to write/updated some files that either arent there, or MP cannot access them. I got this error after moving from xp to vista without reinstalling MP(yes I'm lazy). Resolved it with a reinstall of MP.

I HAVE installed MP and I don't get this error everytime I close it so it has to be something different in my case.

i get this error every single time i close MP
I am closing MP with the remote using the in built bound function to close MP
also get same err when using alt-f4 (which i think is what the remote func does)

    rather annoying...

    Hi,
Caramel, The errors now it's from TVPlugin, you need to use same SVN build number of both TVE3/TVPlugin & MP SVN...

    ahh thankyou

i really dont use the tvplugin - i was just giving it a go ( i have a tuner but rarely use it)

i might just remove it completely then and it should go away :)
