"Media Unavailable...." (1 Viewer)

It started with the RC6 and I did a fresh install of 1.1 final with the latest Moving Pictures plug-in and still get this error when I select a moving to watch within Moving Pictures....."Media Unavailable....". But the media is available, I can watch it directly in Windows. The movies are stored on a shared drive on the server.

Any thoughts? I feel like I missing something simple.

Thanks!

Not sure if it matters but are you using a mapped address for the media or the network address?

I was having problems using a mapped drive location before.

Not sure what you mean, sorry.

I added the library where the movies are stored, in the configuration screen it found and downloaded all of the info. Even in MP, I can see all of the movies, I just can't select them.

When you added the folders to watch did you browse to the network location and add them that way?

Or do you have the network drive mapped to this client?

Here I will show you what I mean, this is the box to add a new folder to movingpictures

Both of these are the same folder just that 1 is using the network location and the other is a mapped location of the server drive.

That was the issue. Revised it to the networked computer drive and it worked!

    Thanks again Ryan!
