MediaPortal 1.16.0 Pre-Release: Install geht nicht (1 Viewer)

Versuche gerade 1.16pre zu installieren. Leider funktioniert es nicht. Weder direkte Instalation noch erst der Download.
Es scheitert an der sqlxp64.exe datei.
Was tun?

I just tried to update my test Laptop (Win 10 Home 64bit/ MePo 1.15) to 1.16pre.
I does´t work because some files are missing and i cannot download the sqlxp64.exe.
Any idea and any held appreciated.

Maybe some screenshots of the issue ? your description is quite vague.
