Thanks for ALL the assistance, Pablick! (and others who chimed-in) With all the attempts and edits, my drive (and brain) became massively cluttered and a little wonkey. I started from scratch, with a full uninstall of Media Portal components on my Backup machine. I let my insecurities manifest (I'm not proud of it :) ), and I started with installing 1.33 x64 Single Seat to set the stage. I installed the Schedules Direct plugin from the mpe1 and then replaced it with the updated version you provided. I nearly instantly had the Guide in the client! Next, I updated to 1.35 x64, and copied the MP Client programs and data folders from my working 1.35 x64 living room client (immensely faster that rebuilding the databases from scratch). The Backup Client/TVServer worked flawlessly ... I have now updated the Backup machine to 1.36 x64 and everything is, happily, working PERFECTLY! Now I can proceed with updating the living room client to 1.36 x64.
