MediaPortal and Imon (1 Viewer)

I'm currently struggling to get my Imon receiver to control MP. I can move up, down, left, right and enter (ok), but that's it. Since installing IRSS (in application mode and selected imon usb), back now takes me to the first entry in the list/screen.

I've installed the imon manager, installed IRSS, tried with an MP .imo profile in Imon, none of which work.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure if this is the correct section, so please feel free to move mods. I've searched for imon, all of which brings up old threads relating to old plugins or related to the display side of things. I couldn't find anything related.

I use imon with mediaportal.

The key for me is to use the imon manager application to set up a mediaportal program profile, and set up keymappings for mediaportal. I haven't set anything up in mediaportal config for imon.

This is with the imon receiver with my Antec fusion 430 case.

You can use the arrow keys because these are set up as "system" keymappings for all applications.

dale77: definitively a lot of work and still a half solution. IRSS works out of the box, no cfg needed + keys are based on the context you are in. iMON Manager cannot provide such functionality.

Sounds interesting. If you don't mind, how would I start moving towards an IRSS config?

My current setup works well (I use similar iMon setup for PowerDVD, so I need to know how to do this) but I'm open to improvement for MP.
