Mediaportal and Winamp (1 Viewer)

I have just installed MP1.3 This is the fist time I use MP1, I was using older version before.
I want to use Winamp to play songs. MP launches MP well, but it seems to send incorrect MP3 path to Winamp. Each song is scrolled without any sound and I can see that winamp only "receives" E: as song address. This is the drive on which my MP3 are.
The setup was correct with the older version of MP, and if I select the Bass Player, it is working well.

Am I missing something ?

I can see that you issued a patch last year (https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ver-etc-325/fix-winamp-external-player-90240/). I'd like to use this to avoid waiting for the 1.2 beta release.
Can you please explain to me how to use a .patch file ?

A patch is a change to code itself. The only way to use it is to download the source code for MP, apply that patch and then compile it.
