If you give it too many tasks like de-interlacingstuff or image enhancers etc, you will see 90-100% very often.... and stutters.If this totally isnt it, can you test if you see the issue only with this specific file? I will test the file on my system then, I have a comparable system I think.[edit]I had a look a the file you are trying to play. It is 1080i as in interlaced.
