AW: MediaPortal Audio renderer - better video playback quality ok guys. new tests. Switch deinterlacing to BOB . All other enhancements was already before off. Tested again and it's the same stuttering. Also downloaded gpu-z, because I have no overdrive section. GPU-Z shows values from 0% till 30% gpu usage with the sample file and bob. With Vector Deinterlacing GPU-Z shows values from 0% till 45%. I think the jumping of the gpu usage indicates also a problem. Also the normal audio renderer shows not so many problems with the sample file. It is mostly at the beginning not 100% smooth and at the end i think also not 100% smooth. But much better than with mp audio renderer. If you say my ATI 5450 has not enough performance, why is graphstudio showing the file absolutly smooth and a gpu usage of 80%. As many reviews showed a ATI 5450 should be enough for a htpc with normal full hd and vector adaptive deinterlacing (Low Profile: Radeon HD 5450 und 5570 : Videobeschleunigung - Review Hartware.net also the test are 1080p here). Done a quick test with my workstation (Intel q6600, ATI 4850, MP 1.20 Alpha, ffdshow, mp audio renderer) and have the same stuttering problems. Also this system is not optimzed for this. Even must install new ffdshow codec to get the sample running and it is x64 bit. So may be here are some other problems. Do you also have such big differences in cpu / gpu usage between Mediaportal and graphstudio.
