How to reproduce:
Open Mediaportal configuration, leave it open while you open Mediaportal.
Mediaportal opens fine DESPITE configuration is open. It would say this is an unwanted behavior.
This is so easy to reproduce and nothing is wrong in logs. (so didn't provide them, tell me if you want to have them anyways)
It's confirmed by Inker as well just wanted to bring some attention on this
