I install Mediaportal client on a pc. Mediaportal client and server is on an other computer and work well. When i try to started mediaportan on the new client the screen frozen at Starting Plugins...) and i have to kill mediaportal to stop it.

My 2 debug is joint to this email.

You have a 3DFX video card. That's really old, it only has 16MB of video RAM and supports DirectX 7.
According to GeneralRequirements - MediaPortal Manual Documentation you need a:

Video card: DirectX 9 compatible video card with at least 128 MB of video memory such as:
