Hi. My mediaportal from a day to another stop working. I didn't anything exept installa windows update (damn microsoft) i think the only cause is attribe to this. It's always worked by far
Now when I try to start mediaportal, it crashes immediately!
    Here is the watchdog.
I tri to reinstall 1.0 but the install didn't work, the deploy failed.
What I have to do for no losing all the configuration and settings of mediaportal and tvserver'?

    Hi Kreker,

your C:\Programmi\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MediaPortal.exe.config file is corrupt.
Open this file with a text editor, it should has this structure.

    Code (Text):
    1. <?xml version="1.0"?>
    2. <configuration>
    3.   <startup>
    4.   </startup>
    5.   <runtime>
    6.     <assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">
    7.       <probing privatePath="plugins/windows" />
    8.     </assemblyBinding>
    9.   </runtime>
    10.   <appSettings>
    11.     <add key="version" value="1.1.0.0" />
    12.     <add key="edtftp.log.level" value="ALL" />
