Hey.

First time MP user and having a little trouble. Installed everything today and now I've got a problem with MediaPortal crashing when using the plugin "MP-TV Series."

Basically, I've set up the location to my TV shows and have imported everything. When I click on a show in MP, it's fine. However, it's when I click on a season or episode the problems begin.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong? If you need any more information, just let me know. :)

Edit: I also seem to be missing the episode information and artwork. I've just noticed and double checked the plugin and the information has been download but it's not showing.

Thanks in advance.

Shane.

These the ones you need?

Also, when I get the program information, how comes it sometimes only gets half of the info?

Is there an error log as well, because there is nothing in the log indicating a crash. Also you may want to try reproduce the crash in MyVideos if you havent already.

I've just searched my system and cannot find an error log anywhere.

Its in the same directory as the rest of the logs if an error is encountered. Were you able to reproduce the crash in My Videos?

I've checked there and there is no error log.

Yes, I was able to reproduce the crash in MyVideos.

I'm not sure why it's doing this. The files that are causing it to crash are the same as the files that are working perfectly.

There is not much I can really do to help you then, ensure you have the latest codecs installed and maybe try reproduce a crash or abnormal behaviour outside of the MediaPortal e.g. Windows Media Player.
