Hi. I'm starting MediaPortal and all works well. But when finish MP via EXIT
    a) the client closed (that's ok)
    b) in my Taskmanager there's mentioned the Mediaportal.exe still alive
    and that's not ok.
I don't know where to search this silly error.
    TIA 4 helping

It's probably something updating (something like the myShowTimes plugin)
Personally I'd leave it until it's done but you can use task manager (SHIFT+CTRL+ESC) processes to 'End Task' if you wish.

Moving Pictures or TVSeries can also have this kind of effect, personally I never start and try and immediately stop MP, believe too many corrupted databases are caused by this, correct me if I am wrong in this assumption, too little info to go on.

But logs might give a clue as to what is keeping mediapotal.exe open :)

i had the same problem once and it was caused by the minidisplay (in my case an imon). if i disabled minidisplay it worked fine again.
maybe you should disable all your plugins and see if its running or better said exiting as expected
