Find the logs in C:\Documents and settings\All users\User data\Team Mediaportal\Mediaportal\log
(from memory, I'm on Vista on my laptop)

No Mediaportal.log there.

The correct path is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\log

But are there other log-files there?
