Ok this problem is not always happening, but most of the time.

I have media portal set to autostart with windows
When it starts I usually end up on a screen asking me to select the master server
It says the current one is my PC name, I try and reselect that and it does not connect.
If I stop the application and restart it and usually it works first time then.
Occasionally though it works first time.

I did try the wait until TVserver starts option and also tried using the batch file suggested in this thread:
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...vices-start-before-running-mediaportal-20330/

No joy I have the same problem. the error message I get is this:

Code:

I think I have worked out what was causing this, I was using the Autostart plugin and had it set to switch to live TV on startup with a delay of 0 seconds. Looks like it was switching too quickly....
