Mediaportal on Vista Business, with Hauppauge Tv Tuner card (1 Viewer)

hi guys!

could anybody help me in setting up media portal with vista business!
It has been installed successfully but there are two problems that i'm facing:

(1) it says no TV Tuner card has been installed, although i've fully installed the Win TV tuner card by Hauppauge.
(2) Under the EPG Settings, my country India is not mentioned. IT says if the country is not mentioned enter the settings manually. When i click on that, it says unable to detect tv.xml file.

Guys, plz help me.....
Is the problem because of vista business??? or because of Hauppauge tuner card? i've no clue!

did you disable user account control before installing/configuring

I had this problem with my card

1. Launch MSCONFIG by from the Run menu.
2. Click on the Tools tab. Scroll down till you find "Disable UAP" (this should probably change to UAC in next Vista beta builds and in the RTM version). Click on that line.

3. Press the Launch button.
4. A CMD window will open. When the command is done, you can close the window.
5. Close MSCONFIG. You need to reboot the computer for changes to apply.

Note that you can re-enable UAC by selecting the "Enable UAP" line and then clicking on the Launch button.
