Sometimes when mediaportal hangs and I ALT-F4 it away it will look like it was exited when in act it has not. Taskman reports it as running and "end porcess" and "kill task" do not work. This always happens after the remote (hauppauge) stops responding for seemingly no reason.

I'm seeing the same thing and I usually don't notice until I tray to change the setup and my changes don't show up when I launch MediaPortal again. I have to reboot to fix it.

I notice that you have now installed the latest CVS - could you please confirm that this is no longer an issue?

CVS still has the problem sometimes.
