I'm just wondering if it is possible to have a shortcut or something that start mediaportal on the first display and another shortcut that starts mediaportal on the second display. I'm just wondering since at the time I am using my laptop as a htpc connected to my tv(second display) and sometimes I am just using the laptops screen to watch movies and series in my bed. And it would be really great if I didn''t have to edit the configuration every time I wanted to change displays for media portal. But this is not a big problem, so no priority. Kepp up the great work. Also I am wondering if it is possible to donate some money? Becouse, I think you guys should get something out of your efforts, unless you can live on our love alone(which I belive is a great deal of love)

Thanks

    Try making "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MediaPortal.exe" /screen=0
    or
    "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MediaPortal.exe" /screen=1 as the shortcut command.

I remember this being used to specify screen when the option for second display was being developed and before it was integrated into MPSetup. Not sure if it still applies.

    Thanks, that really helps me=D

Also, just a little small bugreport. When my tv is not connected and I try to make mediaportal start on that screen, it crashes, which isn't really that odd, considering it is trying to do something that is impossible(unless my video-out just magically got wireless) but I think mediaportal should check if it is possible to launch on that screen instead of just trying and crashing. And if it finds out that it is nott possible to do that, it will launch on screen 0 instead and maybe display a little message saying that it couldn't be launched on the second display and it will instead be displayed on the primary display.

    Thanks guys
