Maybe we can revert it, i have added this because of losing MP focus but i can understand that if we run MP while doing something else it create a regression.

Was it loosing focus after resume from sleep, or because of the screensaver, or just generally?

If it's in specific circumstances then maybe we should call SwitchFocus() only in those situations?

I think it was on video start or channel change but win7 only if i'm not wrong, need to find the report about it

If it helps, the Git commit was on 30th Nov (previous commit was 29th Nov) so that puts it in the timeframe of pages 292-294 of the madVR thread - [WiP] - madVR support in MP1

Ok i think we can try to comment this line of code for now and see if it create another regression
