Menu is stretched beyond screen (1 Viewer)

Have been using MP for a couple of years now and last night the menu is now stretched past the monitors width. I have checked the resolutions of my monitors, reinstalled drivers, MP several times, and also did a fresh install of Windows 7. my secondary monitor is my 50" plasma and movies are unwatchable becasue of this horizontal overlapping.

MSI GForce 8600 GTS (HDMI output to TV)

PC monitor @ 1440x900

TV (Extended Desktop) @ 1280x720


Have always ran it like this and not sure why mediaportal is doing this suddenly. Here are some screenshots.

This scenario exists both on XP and Windows 7 (fresh installations).
