Hi All.

I never seem to choose the right option for the TV series that I have (I normally choose the option that reflects what the file is, ie a TV rip, DVD rip etc), but it's often missing data eg Synopsis and episode thumbnails. For instance I just created a new MY TV Series database as a test, and as an example I chose aired dates for all my series instead of doing them individually this time. Futurama, has most data but there are a few episodes with no synopsis/episode thumbnail. So, is there a way to refresh metadata for that particular series and choose say, DVD this time?

Thanks

I would like some functionality to 'switch' between aired, dvd, absolute. I have numerous series where the 'aired' is just plain wrong (yes, Firefly). Perhaps a small button on the context menu? Even a button which deletes the entire data-base entry of the series, and immediately runs import on that folder with 'absolute' or 'dvd' instead of standard 'aired'.
Is that possible?

You can 'Force Online Match' from the GUI when you select a series. You can also delete from database and re-import from GUI.

The thing is that the HTPC is used by the whole family (what joy), so things like keyboard and mouse are removed. Altough remote desktop functionality does still exist, it would be awesome to do that within mediaportal itself. Or is that the 'force online match'? What does that do then?
