Support for Moneual Moncaso VFD/Remote through VLSYSTEM driver of Mini-display plugin.

    - VFD display support (full support including icons)
    - Remote (MCE like) support (added additional keys and key mappings to actions)
    - Volume knob support (Mute works, Vol+/- still under development)

Moneual Moncaso 320 has 3 icons on it's display - 480p, 720p and 1080p which should indicate resolution of video media that's currently playing.

I implemented this feature reading g_player.MediaInfo.Height value in separate thread.

As I'm testing Moncaso Mini-display support, I noticed that this works in all situations but LiveTV, because MediaInfo is not used. It even works while playing recorded LiveTV. Is there a (simple) way to read this value somehow during LiveTV, e.g. from TSReader ... ?
