MiniDisplay: iMON driver code cleanup, please test ! (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

as we are going to work with SoundGraph, I started cleaning up a bit the code related to iMON driver.

Please test attached dll. I removed the "remote" handling as this should be done using IRSS or iMON Manager.

Let me know the results of your test and share your logs, I may have fixed some old issues

To install:
copy MiniDisplayLibrary.dll in C:\Program files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal.

Backup the old files just to be safe.

Hold on... Would this be possibly resolving the HID issue, if so I will so give it a shot!

I just changed the files, didn't make any trouble at all and i couldn't find any difference. Hmm.
Some things that don't work is:
- Doesn't show which codecs are used ie. DTS, XVID ...
- Navigation don't work, it's just showing the menu where you currently are.
Otherwise nothing changed. But why is there to files instead of one?

Using imon 6.2 with MCE remote. (If the remote need to work the imon display has to be on!

Hold on. You said a year ago nothing worked with >6.2 no haven't updated afraid nothing should work. I trying now, getting iMON/iMEDIAN HD ver. 7.2 and have to make autoupdate to newest. Getting slow speeds, will update this post.

A lot of things changed, and I'm on 7.40.806 since long time. All fine here ( firmware 0x80 ).

V. 7.40.806. Firmware ver. 0x380102.

1. MCE Remote doesn't work if frontview in iMON is disablet. Otherwise everything works as the same as before.
2. But an update. Logo for MP3/WMA works. Does not work for: DIVX, XVID, AC3, DTS and the rest of them.
And sorround configuration logo doesn't work either.
