[Pending] MiniDisplayPlugin _ForceManagerRestart restart IRSS from Resume (1 Viewer)

Hi,
i have posted on original topic "here" but i think it's better to create an other Topic, in "Pending", for have lack of understanding with patch.

the patch add function for restart IRSS, when resume OS.

The original version is V1a.
V1b is maybe better, for coding software !

Version V3 work - "delay USB" must be checked in Advanced tab !

@Scythe42 : Can you, say me if, an function exist for refresh "Displaying" on VFD after MP resume.
actually i have this :
- Resume HTPC
- MP Resume
- VFD display nothing (- I switch with remote "Left or Right" for select menu in basichome )
- VFD display selected item
if i don't switch with remote,afer few times, Minidisplay ( when refreshing ) broke IRSS

it's possible to have :
- Resume HTPC
- MP Resume
- VFD display selected item (without use remote, only auto-refresh )

In the current OnResume() handling there's nothing related to VFD as far as I know. But adding something there is no biggie. Problem is I don't have a MiniDisplay to test such stuff at all.

If someone has one to spare that I can connect to an external USB port I can help on fixing MiniDisplay related issues.

you can't say me , an function to add in patch above ? (directly in Minidisplay) for test ...
When MP start, he has no problem, VFD display item correclty , without use remote/keyboard
i think i need, an function for refreshing "MP" screen ...

Sure, I can add it blindly for testing. But need to know which one for the Minidisplay...
