scenario: last used channel was channel 2, now the TV is off, but tuner is busy recording a scheduled program on channel 1:

If user switches on TV while recording, TV tries to switch on channel 2 (last used) - and returns an error message saying tv server is busy.

(Logical glitch==why not switch TV on as requested, - the channel that is being recorded)

Proper, user friendly behavior would be:
-switch on the channel that is being recorded.
-give an option to select an available channel. (maybe on another tuner)
