Missing codec options in MePo (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Over time I have installed and uninstalled SAF4, upgraded MePo, etc....

And it appears now I have lost some of the Codec config options from within Mepo - Even though the codec is installed and working.

Eg: From within Mepo Config, in the Codec section, there should be sub options for the various codecs (Monogram AAC, MPC MPA Decoder, PowerDVD Decoder, etc). But I don't have any from PowerDVD, I think I'm also missing the MPC ones too.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled SAF4.

Anyone got any ideas? (is it the MePo XML file needs updating)?

Make sure the config is in advanced mode.

Hi there,

Definately in expert mode - plus I see the config option for the AAC codec.

I'll try and grab some logs tomorrow.

Hi there,

Does anyone know what the Config program uses to "present" the codec config options?

Presence of files? registry? Registration of codecs? Etc ? (will save me checking the Config source code).
