MMS stream (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, I'm sorry to ask dumb questions but I read (almost) all the documentation and I didn't found anything about my problem: I would like to see Internet TV stream on MediaPortal (i.e.: mms://live.smgbb.cn/dfchild, this is a Shanghanese children channel). Is it possible?
At the moment I keep a link on the desktop and I quit MediaPortal to start it... is it possible do it from MediaPortal?
