Motherboard for 2 FloppyDTV tuners (1 Viewer)

I now have an Asus m2a-vm-hdmi motherboard but I have problems with the firewire controller (needed for the FloppyDTV tuners) and the sata controller that has to support 2 HDD, in Vista 32. The firewire controller doesn't always detects the tuners. Mostly when it comes out of standby. The hdd controller gives errors when I'm watching something and MP hangs. (It's not one of the harddisks because it does this on both hdd's)

So I really like some advice for a reliable motherboard. This are my requirements:
- good Vista 32 and 64 support
- reliable support for the FloppyDTV tuners.
- onboard spdif
- onboard firewire (IEEE 1394)
- onboard lan
- 2 sata hdd
- uATX Form Factor
