In the skins section in particular when you view top level forum it is not clear what is active and what is in the graveyard
I think it may be more helpful to move these and either have a new section for graveyard plugins / skins and remove the popular folders or create a whole new section (equivalent to the Community Skins and Plugins bit) for graveyard stuff?
