First of all Id like to say what an excellent plugin this is. Its just SO EASY to use, no more (&(%R$^ around manually setting up all the movies. Great work.

One little problem I have thou is that a lot of my movies are showing up in duplicate, even movies with only one file.

All movies are in the following setup.

    Movies\Movie Name\Movie Name.avi

Any help would be appreciated. Should I fill out a bug report?

Yeah definitely create a bug report, especially if you can consistently reproduce it. The only bug I am aware of that causes duplicates is this one, so if it not the same issue go ahead and create a new issue.

A warning though I would not try rebuilding your database right now since is down. Without the website it wont be able to rematch your movies. (new version is coming very soon).
