I am using StreamedMP.
In Moving Pictures (latest version), I do not get icons for DD+ (DD Plus), or DTS-HD (or DTS-MD MA).
They are present in MP-TV Series (latest version).
Is this a problem with Moving Pictures or the StreamedMP skin?
I'd also love HDR icons.

Copy the respective images from ./TVSeries/Logos to ./Media/Logos, audio codecs go into /skin/xxxx/Media/Logos/audio

I personally modified all the logos to highlight them more, as I want 4K, DTS-X, and Atmos to stand out more. Required some careful planning and slight skin modifications to ensure that the MediaPortal OSD popup still uses the original ones. I've re-attached them (too lazy to look up post where I've shared them before) in case others find them useful.

The only ./TVSeries/Logos I have is in the titan skin folder.
The only ./Media/Logos I have is in the DefaultWideHD folder.

StreamedMP does not share the same folder structure.
StreamedMP looks to have the audio icons in \Media\Logos\MediaInfo\Graphical\Audio
I see DTA MA 7.1pmg, but it does not show up in MovingPictures in MP.

This is because information coming from MediaInfo does not match the file name. For your example you need to rename the file to
'DTSHD_MA 7.1.png' (I assumed you meant 'DTS MA 7.1. png')
