MovingPictures Ignoring Movie file always (2 Viewers)

I needed to change the filename of a movie that I already had imported and working in MovingPictures.

I thought I should delete it from the DB, rename it, and then it would be re-detected as a new file and allow me to re-import it. Well, now it won't detect the renamed file. When I deleted it, it asked me something about ignoring it in the future, but I thought it was talking about the old filename. Apparently, it was talking about the movie in general.

I also can't manually add the movie because nothing shows up in the Import Window.

I looked in MP for where is stores the movies that should be ignored (so I could remove it) but couldn't find anything.

Question: How do I make it stop ignoring this movie so I can re-import it?

I am running MovingPictures (not sure what version ... couldn't find the version number ... but it came with StreamedMP-0.4.298 ... so not very old ... circa Jan. 2009) on MediaPortal v1.0. Excellent Plugin by the way.

Hi, there is an option in the "movie importer" tab ( under the cog looking icon ) to "unignore all files" this should prompt a reimport of all movies you have ignored.

However i have 1 ignored movie that wont come back into the importer when trying this ( worked for all others so far ). Does anyone know how i might get this movie back into the imported. Tried renaming it and putting in a new folder under the "media soruces" path, but it just wont reimport?

Thanks. That worked.

I thought the cog was "greyed out", so I guess I never clicked on it. Turns out, it's just gray.

It could be that you are experiencing this issue but that should be fixed next release. Debug logs will tell you what is going on.

Just today I've run across this same issue...still trying to find a workaround.

UPDATE: Maybe not...restarted my NAS and it found the files. Odd.
