MP 1.1.0 with Moving Pictures 2.5.4 issue (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have installed today MP 1.1.0 with Moving Pictures 1.0.6, and noted only one issue: the displayed mediainfo of audio tracks for movies with DT-HD MA or DD doesn't show at all, DTS looks like HD MA, and DD True HD is ok.

Within the plugin config in the MP Configuration, the information (text only) is displayed correctly (ex: DTSHD, AC3)

With MP 1.0.2 everything looks ok.

Can you please give me a clue about what I am doing wrong?

Sorry, I have posted by mistake in My TV-Series Forum and now here I posted the wrong version. I will correct that.

If it is displayed correctly in the config and incorrectly in the GUI then this is probably an issue with how the skin is handling this information to decide which image to display. Or possibly the image name changed. What skin are you using?

EDIT: And where exactly are you seeing the correct text in the config screen?

The skin I am using is the default blue3wide.

I am seeing the correct audio track format text in File Details on Moving Pictures "Movie Manager".

Reinstalling Moving Pictures, leads me to the exact same result:

DTS/DD True HD are displayed ok.

DTS-HD MA/DD aren't displayed at all.

After doing some more research, I can confirm that the png images with the logos for the Blue3skin in MP 1.1.0 Final have different names compared to 1.0.2. For example, DTS-HD MA, was DTSHD.png and now is DTS MA.png.

So your suspicious are right, this should be the issue.

Well with the next major release we will be moving to the MediaPortal mediainfo implementation and we'll ditch our version. When we do this the issue should be resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime if you make a copy of the new files (so you now have two versions) and rename the second version to the old filename, this may resolve the issue. Just a work around, but should tide you over until Moving Pictures 1.1.
