my cable company (time warner) offers the rental of a cable card instead of the cable box. The rental fee for a cable card is like $3 where as the rental of the cable box & remote comes out to $13. I saw this: TV Wonder lets Vista PCs tune digital cable - The Tech Report and was hoping MP can take advantage of it.
