MP Config crash assigning channels w/o channel groups present

    Steps taken:
    1. Start Configuration
    2. Go to TV > Channels
    3. Deleted all channel groups
    4. Assigned a channel to non-existent channel group
    => JIT message

    JIT message text and confi log are attached.
