MP Configuratition has stopped working in Vista (1 Viewer)

After installing the first time everythinh seemed to work fine. I installed the next SVN-build and MP did not come up anymore. Uninstalled everything. Reinstalled just 2.3.0 RC1 : doesn't work. Vista keeps saying "MP Configuratition has stopped working"

Anybody any clue?

See below my log. It says

"Exception :Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed"

I got MP running for a while after I started and closed MCE. After restarting the PC the same situation again: MP does not start.
