First want to say that I got it fixed and want to thank everyone here in the MP forums :) Until this point my MePo was working fine, for a few months now after update to 1.1.0.0 version. However yesterday when I was watching TV-recording and suddenly MP crashed. Tried to open it again, but didn't work. Crashed during startup splash "Initializing window manager". Reboot didn't help. Checked logs and found endless loop in mediaportal.log. Found this thread: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/bugreports-74/startup-exception-when-basic-home-isnt-used-87475/ And few steps later found my way here :) Tried changing the mediaportal.xml line "MediaPortal.GUI.Home.GUIHome > yes" but going to mepo configuration always autochanged it back to "no". Enabled MediaPortal Widgets and downloaded the new Infoservice.dll. MePo works again! As far as I know, something (infoservice??!) disabled the mediaportal widgets plugin and resulted in the mepo crashing and one step after to the startup loop problem. Only real change that I've noticed was that my Windows had updated latest Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (Definition 1.95.2986.0), but don't think this has anything to do with this (same day, different time). Anyways thanks again! This forum is great :D
