MP crashes after Diskchange (1 Viewer)

I just added a new disk to my HTPC, and moved some folers with movies.
Now when i try to startup MP it crashes:

It's saturday no movies in the tele...
And i'm desperate

I tried to install MP on an XP Laptop..
Just to get the files..

removed the Program Files
Removed Program Data

And copied it from the XP -> Vista...
Tried to configure minimal and startup..

Still it crashes...
And still with the Root Thingi...
The same setup is running on the XP machine..
What is going on here??
