MP crashes after splash on Asus Laptop (1 Viewer)

Trying to run just the client side on an Asus K55A laptop running 64bit win7. It starts up w/ splash and loading the various services then just crashes then searches for a "solution". Included are the log files, any assistance would be appreciated

must be a tough one eh??...have reinstalled, cleaned registry, still same results

    The only thing to go on is the Windows application event log crash report:

    This says something in .NET has failed.
    I don't know what to suggest to you except to make sure you've completed all your Windows updates. Beyond that, the above gives me nothing to go on.
