Hi,

After upgrading from 0.2.0.0 to 0.2.2.0, my MP crashes at startup about half of the times. If I look at my error.log, I see a lot of messages about my TV channels/database.

Could anyone tell me if there is a solution other than deleting my complete database?

When I installed 0.2.2.0, I deleted all old dll, exe etc and also all old skin and plugin files, but I didn't delete my database folder.

You needed to do a proper uninstall, errors are caused by the incompatability between the two releases .

Make a copy of the database folder(or the whole MP folder) to save if you wish to revert.

    Then uninstal the old version.

Instal the new version, you may be OK and the database isn't affected but certain .xml files will have lost some of your info.

    Ok...thanks.

Is there a way to keep/restore my recorded programs available in "My recorded programs" after I remove my old database files? I understand my video files won't be lost, but they're not visible in the list of recorded shows anymore, as far as I know.
