After several attempts with clean installs I still get this problem with or without daily snapshots. Everything seems ok until I try and select recordings, at this point the system crashes with the usual report to microsoft etc. If I run MP in non windowed mode, it will keep running with the error message behind it. Of course when I close the message, MP shuts down. I have upgraded from netf 2 to netf 3, but this make no difference at all. Forgot to copy the log at home last night, it had only 2 lines and I think the second one was something about recursive entry. Anyone have clue about this one?.

I found the problem,
When I did a reinstall I pointed to a save directory on another drive with some previous recordings already in it. I made a new empty directory on the same drive, then re-installed, now works fine. Can still access the old recording under videos, and they all play ok... Very strange. Thanks for the input.
