What does it means? My memory works fine.

That error is a little bit misleading as usually it means a bug in the software, not any HW issue. Usually such happens when the code is trying to access something that it shouldn't be accessing (calling nul pointer for example).

To investigate the issue, someone would be needed to be able to reproduce the issue (and to have a debugger attached to the process). So, who can reproduce the issue?
