MP fail to record from epg on the second tv card (1 Viewer)

hi everyone

lately new problem has started i am working with version 1.02 with two tv cards the first is a dvb-t card and an analogue card pvr 150.

the problem is that when i am recording from the epg on the first card everything works fine and when recording from the second card pvr 150 most of the recording wont work only the xml file is written and the ts file is missing.

when trying manual recording from the tv server on the second card it works fine only when recording from epg its failing .

the mpfilewriter in the logs state that the file creation failed .

what is wrong here ? need your help .

To All Mp Team members

i have created a post with a problem i have 3 days ago. it seems that no one had replied or even read my log files .

i am very disappointing that i didn't get any replies as i am one of your oldest members that installed almost all versions from the beginning and now i have an annoying issue with my analogue card recording .

maybe i will have to leave media portal to other media center software that exist since i can not work with the current version anymore without the record option working 100%.

We are very busy with the RC1 release and a lot of people are posting. I personally don't look at how long someone is a member since all members should be treated equally in my opinion.

There are also a lot of recordings in your log, could you please point to:

1. The recording that is started from Guide and fails.
2. The recording that you started from setup tv and worked.

Thanks for the reply .

i decided to move to Portal 1.1RC1 and test the recording system.

so far it seems to work better than in version 1.02.

its now runs on windows 7 and not xp anymore.

i will reply back in case of any issue.
