Hello,
Yesterday I installed the new MP version 1.1 on a clean XP installation. Ofcourse all the requirements were installed before installing MP. At first everything looked promissing, but then i wanted to pause live tv: The screen turned black( when I pressed a key on the remote the sound of "presses" was stil there).
After waiting 1 minute the OSD started to build up (the tv image came back along with the seekbar), but i could not go back to the main menu or restart the tv again( needed a forced close of MP). When I set the Timebuffer on when entering the TV, MP also hangs. When watching tv and press record it gives the message: no data available and hangs( so it has anything the do with buffer, recording?)
So i removed MP 1.0.1 and made a new install with MP 1.0.0.0(I knew it had worked before). After installing, the pause tv worked like a charm.
After that I tried to install the SVN builds 1 by 1 starting from the beginning. After installing SVN-01-23-2009--22-00 the problem started for the first time.
I can't see in the changelog what is changed to start the problem and i don't see a fault in the error log.
Can someone help me with this?
Greetings from holland,
Bram
PS.
The first i started MP i got a VRM9 handler Quartz.dll error.I downloaded Hotfix KB927544 and the error was gone, could it be that there is still something wrong with the VRM handler?
