Now i Have totally reinstalled(with deleted folders and all).

Set up my TV to automatically start and to run Mediaportal in fullscreen.
Both TV and Movie is set to use Dscaler Video Audio decoder.

    My Bug nr. 1:
Takes between 9-12 Seconds from I click on My TV to it shows My TV.

    My Bug nr. 2:
When i Switch channel with F7/F8, it freezes the picture a splitsecond(as if it should switch channel imediately), but then stays with the same channel for 3-4 seconds, and then switches to the next channel.

    My Bug nr. 3:
-Tv server shuts down once in a while(proberly due to my Antivirus NOD32::-( )
Is there a timeout shutdown on the TV-service - if it has not been used for while?

    My bug nr: 4
Shutdown the TV-service - Open Mediaportal, Open my TV.........long hang with 5-20 seconds of waittime. Then you get the TV-client connection windows, cause the service is down. I can't exit that windows with ESC button. It just hangs for a couple of seconds and then refreshes the window.

Another questtion when running TV-server and client on same machine:

Should the TV-service shutdown when you either shutdown the Tv Server windows or Mediaportal??? Cause it does in my setup, and it annoyes me ALOT, cause i have to start it up again when I wanna change something in my setup. Can't there be some options on the TV-server weither to shutdown the service or not when you close the TV-Server/Mediaportal?

At least i have had a little better success after the total reinstallation. Don't now if something has been fixed in the last couple of SVN's:eek:)

    -Picture quality has been improved
-A little more features in The TV-server

Added log files - hope you can help me out here:)

    /Morten

could you translate this please? :)

    error.log said:
2006-11-06 18:43:50.171875 [ERROR][MPMain]: Exception :confused:ystem.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Et forbindelsesforsøg mislykkedes, fordi den, der tilsluttede, ikke svarede korrekt efter en periode, eller forbindelsen mislykkedes, fordi den tilsluttede vært ikke svarede

generally speaking, i suggest a clean installation of MediaPortal 0.2.0.0 + latest svn build without any old files or 3rd party plugins.
then apply latest TV-Server - Client.
