Hi

I have had this issue for some time now. If I watch a Apple Trailer from Online videos and try to stop the trailer after watching it for some time, MP hangs.
The picture freezes and nothing else happens. As a result I have to kill the whole MP process.

If I stop the trailer just a few seconds into the trailer, then it works fine. But if trying to stop it after some time, say 30 seconds, it hangs.

The last thing the MP-log says is:

Well, I did some more testing, and I was able to get it to work by not using the Microsoft video codec.

It was tricky to get rid of the microsoft codec tough. I had to rename the msmpeg2vdec.dll in SysWOW64 directory to something else. But you couldn't do that without special permissions, see this thread https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...55/how-disable-microsoft-dtv-dvd-codec-57617/

Anyway, is there anyone who uses the microsoft codec without problems in online videos when watching Apple trailers?
