mp Rc4 tv3 blaster plugin not blasting on channel change (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I am using MP RC4 on windows 7 32bit, IR Server Suite - Test Build 1.4.2.3598, ms MCE remote controll with ir receiver/blaster. My set top box is connected to tv card using composite cable.
I am able to blast in tv server plugin configuration window using test button but when i try to do preview in tv server configuration or watch any channel on MP client tv server plugin doesn't blast.
After looking at the logs it seems that tv server doesn't send instructions to tv3 blaster plugin. So i don't know if i am writing in correct forum.
Attached is tv.log when using preview functionality in tv server configuration window.
Please let me know if i can upload any logs to assist with this problem.

It seems to be working now, all i needed to do is restart computer.
