MP Slow Resume from Stanby (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,

I really need your help and "GURUNESS" on this one.

I have MP installed on a Windows 7, PC is a 3500+ AMD 939,Nvidia 6200 AGP card,s-video connection to my TV(not HD, but definitely my next purchase), running the Streaming MP skin.

My problem is every time i put pc on standby from MP, when i resume it takes +/- 7 mins before it can be in a usable state (Strolling MP menu).

I have downloaded and installed the MP lite skin thinking my PC specs are not sufficient, but i'm still encountering the same problem with it.The PC is a dedicated HTPC, nothing else runs on it except Mediaportal and Filezilla (LAN).

Would really appreciate your help on this guys or i might be forced to do a clean XP install.

How long does the OS take to resume without MP running?

Hi, etheesdad, the OS resumed normally without MP only when resuming from a previous MP standby did i experience the problem.

I have since re-ghosted to XP setup, thanks
