    Hi,

I've downloaded latest MP from SVN (28008). Rebuilded all release components and builded new installation packages. I removed old installation of MP 1.2.0 (MP, TvServer, configuration, database). Then I installed latest MP 1.2.0 Beta (SVN 28008). I replaced old DVB-IP MediaPortal IPTV Source Filter with newer one.

I have scanned firstly for some TV channels and tested if they are working. After this I scanned for radio channels of same provider. Radio channels were added and I closed TV-Server Configuration, stopped TvService and deleted all logs. Then I started TvService and started MP. When I try to show TV channels (TV -> Channel), MP freezes.

The problem is that in TV-Server Configuration in Radio Channels isn't tab called 'All Channels'. When you create new tab with this name, MP doesn't freeze when trying to show TV channels and radio channels are displayed in Radio section of MP.

    Hmmm,

This could only really be tested with a fresh install. Anyone able to do that?

I can make fresh install again. Should I follow som special procedure? Should I update MP to latest SVN or should I use SVN 28008?

    Hi again Georgius

Update to the latest SVN and try to build again - I think the problem in 28008 was fixed.

Still same problem (SVN 28020). After clean install is not created 'All Channels' tab in 'Radio Channels', but 'All Channels' tab is created in TV Channels. Also in database in table 'RadioChannelGroup' is not record with 'All Channels' groupName.

I investigated problem and found several issues:
    1. the 'All Channels' group is not created in DB
    2. while scanning of DVB-IP radio channels, these channels are not added to 'All Channels' group

I prepared combined patch for these both problems. It fixed for me both problems.
