Hi,

I have been running the MP TV Series plugin for a few months now and everything was working fine but for the last three weeks my episode thumbnails are not downloading and when I look in the folder where they should be; there is a file there and the picture is just a white background.

In the options the option to download thumbnails is selected.

This has been happening on all my TV series's?

there are some options inside tvseries configuration, are you sure all of them are checked correctly?

is your database very big? can you try to imported again? you can save the thumbnails, covers, and banners in the directory, then it will take less time

All the options that I think should be ticked are like 'Download TV thumbnails'? I will try deleting the series's and re-importing them.

do please, and remember what i said, you dont have to delete thumbnails, and banners, this will make importing much quicker if u have a big database. ( i learned it the hard way, trust me haha)

I fixed the problem my firewall for some reason started blocking all the pictures on the TV database and that is why it was downloading blank pictures.

I've had the same problem the last two weeks. Turning of the Windows Firewall worked great, thank you so much for pointing this out!

maybe you can give a bit more info for any other user that has the same problem

did you open any specific port?
    disable completely the firewall?
grant access to any specific file?
